INSTITUTIONAL METHODS
ACORN and the Living Context Model
Practical methods for preserving institutional context and judgment while working with changing AI systems.
Our approach
Capability before dependence.
Tools change. Providers change. Markets change. The institution still has to know what it knows, why it believes it, who can decide, and what comes next. We build systems and habits that let useful technology increase capability without quietly becoming the institution itself.
Insights
Method should travel farther than machinery.
Ideas and methods drawn from real projects, published when the lesson can stand on its own.
