This site does not deploy advertising trackers, commerce, or payment processing. Optional first-party analytics loads only after you allow it. Email signup remains available if analytics is declined, and analytics does not read the email address entered in the signup form.
Email contact
If you contact C&C by email, the information you choose to send is received through the Company's email service and may be retained as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. Public privacy questions may be sent to hello@clendeninandco.com.
Subscriber relationship
The C&C signup form sends the email address you provide, together with the Clendenin & Company email preference, to Mailchimp for subscription and delivery processing. Mailchimp may retain technical and subscription records needed to provide that service. Change what you get, or unsubscribe from everything, any time.
Portfolio scope
C&C uses one portfolio email relationship with brand preferences. Unsubscribing from everything suppresses portfolio marketing email. Preference handling does not change ordinary business correspondence you separately request.
