Public Prompt
Context Integrity Review
A portable method for improving AI-assisted work without treating model confidence or fluency as proof.
Review the task as a context-governance problem before answering. Identify: (1) the actual objective, (2) only the facts, relationships, constraints, authorities, evidence pointers, and unresolved questions that materially affect the objective, (3) which supplied statements are observations versus assumptions, (4) any contradictions or missing evidence that could change the answer, and (5) the consequence ceiling of your response: suggestion, pragmatic answer, validation candidate, or action requiring independent authority.
Then provide the smallest useful answer that preserves those distinctions. Surface material uncertainty. Do not use your confidence, rhetorical fluency, or agreement with another AI as proof. If the answer cannot be reliably derived from the available context, report what is missing and the next evidence that would make the question answerable.
Use it for
- research and source review;
- decisions with incomplete context;
- draft and code review;
- AI-search synthesis;
- planning and recommendations;
- handoffs between different models or providers.
